Ulquiorra

A not-very-good drawing of Ulquiorra from Bleach . . . I'm not sure what it is, but he looks off. I think his face may be shaped wrong . . . Advice?

Mechanical pencil on sketchbook paper. Referenced off [link] but I moved his Hollow hole because it changed after his first appearance. I drew it where it is now, right? Or is it lower? I think his collar might have changed a bit too . . . Ah well.
