Shinigami Women's Association

Finally finished! 8D This is something I've been working on since around the end of July (on and off, of course xD It just sat there for about three weeks because I didn't feel like shading in their shihakushos - why must Shinigami wear all black? ). So, here it is, the Shinigami Women's Association of Bleach. L-R: Kuchiki Rukia, Unohana Retsu, Matsumoto Rangiku, Soi Fon, Kotetsu Isane, Kotetsu Kiyone, Kurotsuchi Nemu, Kusajishi Yachiru, Ise Nanao, Hinamori Momo. I have some issues with just about everybody . . . So let's just get that out of the way.

-Rukia's hair is too short and her collar is off, and I don't like how her sash came out
-Unohana's sash is off
-Rangiku doesn't look like herself at all
-Soi Fon's face is a bit weird
-Isane is waaaay too tall
-Kiyone looks more like Yuzu than herself
-Nemu's hands - 'nuff said
-Yachiru's hands look weird
-And by the time I'd gotten to Nanao and Momo I'd gotten lazy so they don't look as good as I'd like . . .
-And also somehow the ones on the right seem to be a lot farther back than the ones on the left . . . Grr. D:<

And now for some positive things to balance out the complaints:
-Rukia's hand is probably the best hand I've ever drawn, and Soi Fon's and Kiyone's hands are pretty dang good too
-Besides the mistakes I pointed out earlier, I think Unohana and Nemu turned out almost perfectly
-I like how Soi Fon's uniform and Rangiku's sash came out

Oh, and they don't have their Zanpakuto with them. And the lieutenants don't have their badges, and Soi Fon's not wearing her haori cuz I like her Stealth Force uniform. xD The banner behind them says "Shinigami Women's Association" but some of it is cut off by Rangiku and Isane.

And if you actually read all of that, I congratulate you on your patience. x.x
